to bigas ng bayan, you can not comprehend that the c5 road is for free and another road has a toll fee that’s because in order to decongest traffic. If all motorist will go to the free road, then its useless for its purpose. and besides, that toll fee is for the maintenance and upgrade of the road. roads ar also degrading, in order to prevent that, we need money to upgrade those roads. gusto mo bang ang utang ng pilipinas ay madadagdagan ulit para lang gastusan ang roads na yan kung walang toll fee?

If you will just open up your mind and understand the speech says. It detailed up to answer all the allegations. Besides, he does not have the final approval of the budget nor he was a member of the bicameral committee that approves the budget. All these allegations came up because Jamby Madrigal cannot imagine a brown pinoy will be able to amass such wealth as a result of his SIPAG AT TIYAGA.

Ang mga Madrigal’s, Ayala’s, Araneta’s, Ortigas’ang mga tunay na mga land grabbers. Read your history books!!! Sila ang una sa lahat ang mga corrupt!!!!

Ang haba ng sinabi ni Villar, at kahit sa pagkakasulat ay talagang may emosyon. Pero hindi pa rin ako bumilib. He should’ve responded also to Joker Arroyo’s much earlier privileged speech at the lower house when Villas was speaker. His businesses’ dealings with Pag-ibig, SSS, his support or even initiatives in passing legislation providing more funds to government home mortgage and low cost housing projects that ultimately profited his companies. Dapat sinagot niya rin ng maigi ang mga ito. And C5 ay isang maliit lamang na butil sa malawak na buhangin ng mga half-truths and half-lies. Mag-aral at magpalawak pa po tayo ng pananaw.

I still don’t believe Manny Villar! He said he wants to help and serve the poor, now he spents millions of pesos for his Advertisment… If he really wants to serve, why does he not give all his wealth or give his advertisment budget instead? Surely many poor Filipinos will be benefited.
